5 Barrel Blend is a lush dry red wine blended from our very best Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Cabernet Sauvignon tends to be tannic, darkly colored and high in acidity. This blend features a rich nose, full of red and black fruits with a toasted edge. Full bodied and elegant on the palate with soft tannins.

Amarone, made from Corvina grapes, is a wine making style which originated in Italy. At the time of harvest these grapes are placed on mats and raisinated for 45 days to concentrate the flavor of the grapes. After de-stemming the grapes they are are fermented on the skins, leading to a rich dark color. An opulent, full-bodied wine with aromas of dried fruit, cherries and toasted oak.

Our classic Cabernet Sauvignon displays flavors of plum, toasted oak & leather with a long dry finish. Our grapes are sourced from Burch Family Vineyards in the Texas High Plains. This full-bodied, moderately dry Cab is sure to please.

Cabernet Sauvignon is well known for its firm tannins and full and rich taste, including such notes as black currant, as well as woodsy flavors, such as cedar, oak, and herbs. This wine has great potential for aging, thanks to its high rate of tannins and perceptible acidity

Our Meritage (pronounced like "Heritage") red blend has a tobacco, leathery, and rich oaky vanilla flavor that turns almost smoky on the palate. It is silky smooth and complex, yet retains a robust structure. Classic Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Cabernet Franc.

We had you at Merlot! with it's luscious purple-red color, subtle, fruity overtones of blackberry, black plum and black cherry with a touch of toasted oak. A dry, medium-bodied wine with soft tannins and juicy dark fruit flavors.

Pinot Noir is the perfect wine for those who prefer their red wines light and fragrant. Its lighter tannins are smooth and silky soft, caressing the palate and aiding a long, luxurious finish. Pinot noir is more acidic than other red wines with lower tannins, which makes pinot noir smooth and easy to drink. Enjoy the fruit forward flavors of fruity cherry, raspberry & rhubarb.

Our Signature blend, a rich and lush dry red wine has discernible structure and a long smooth finish. Aged in French and American oak barrels, you'll enjoy aromas and flavors of mostly black fruit ranging from plum, blackberry and blueberry to slightly lighter black cherry. The unique and intriguing flavors are herbal and floral notes such as violet, lilac, lavender, sage, and dried herbs. Oak aging softens this wine, adding flavors of vanilla, hazelnut and mocha.

Tempranillo is a Spanish style wine featuring cherry, plum, tobacco, leather and herb flavors. A spicy, smooth mouthfeel leads to a round tannic finish. This wine is ruby red in colour, you'll enjoy the balance between earth and fruit.
